Marksmanship
In the vanilla game the Archery tree wasn't completely bad as it had some perks that applied good effects such as recovering more arrows, moving faster with a drawn bow, but the tree was a bit dull as most of these perks just give the effect straight away, there wasn't much of a certain condition that you need to be in for the effect to happen and the damage increase was only on the base damage which mean that each shot will deal the same damage each time. Also when Crossbows were added by the Dawnguard DLC, they didn't would use the same perks as the bows would which overall made them better as even the lowest tier crossbow was near the damage level of the Daedric Bow.
What SkyRe does is it changes so that the tree focuses around three weapons, Long Bows, Short Bows (vanilla) and Crossbows.
The first perk is Focus which is a combination of Power and quick draw perks from the vanilla game which increases the draw speed and damage of bows by 10% and Crossbows ignore 60% of the targets armour. The perk gives less damage bonuses than in the vanilla because there are more perks that increase the damage of bows within the tree but these bonuses happen at certain conditions. This perk is still a 5 rank so these effects can be increased.

Eagle Eye
The inner left branch focuses on enhancing the aiming of ranged weapons, the first perk is Eagle Eye which is a vanilla perk that grants the ability to zoom with bows and crossbows. The perk is still a 2 rank so the zoom is increased to see distant targets more easily.
Steady Hand
The next perk is Steady Hand which is another perk from the vanilla game that slows time when zooming by 25%. This perk is a 2 rank so this effect can slow time even more.
Power Draw
The outer left branch focuses on Long Bows which deal a lot of damage but are slower to draw. The first perk is Power Draw which grants a damage boast of 15% when you draw a Long Bow for 3 seconds. This perk is a 5 rank which means that the damage bonus can be increased and possibly the draw time reduced.
Keene's Lance
The next perk is Keene's Lance which grants even more bonus damage if the target is further away, the damage bonuses are 10% at 40 feet, 20% at 70 feet and 30% at 100 feet. This perk is also a 5 rank so the damage bonuses can be enhanced which will make long range shots much more deadly.
Baneful Elan
The next perk is Baneful Elan which gives players a 30% chance of causing the target to stagger if they are moving and a 15% chance of striking them down if they are sprinting. This perk is a 3 rank so these chances will increase so that they happen more often.
Prey
Further up there is a split in the branch which makes two perks available, the additional perk is Prey which makes Long Bow shots 50% more powerful when placing shots in the targets back. This perk is a 3 rank so this damage bonus can be increased.
This perk will be good for taking down targets with sneak attacks or with one shot.
This perk will be good for taking down targets with sneak attacks or with one shot.
Takedown
Next along the branch is Takedown which makes your Long Bow deal 200% critical damage against staggered enemies. This perk is also a 3 rank so this damage can be increased to dealing massive damage.
This perk and Baneful Elan will make a perfect combination as this will cause stagger to moving targets and then the next shot will deal massive damage which could end up being a finishing shot.
This perk and Baneful Elan will make a perfect combination as this will cause stagger to moving targets and then the next shot will deal massive damage which could end up being a finishing shot.
Ballistics
Now the centre branch focuses on Crossbows, the first perk is Ballistics which grants the ability to craft Steel and Dwarven Crossbows and bolts at forges as long as the player has the perks needed to craft Steel or Dwemer gear.
What this perk does is it makes so that players won't have to join the Dawnguard in order to craft the Crossbows so it makes them more available.

Recurve
Further on the branch splits into three which focus on different areas of the
Crossbows, to the left is Recurve which allows players to create Recurve Crossbows with strong bridles that deliver addition damage. This is a enhancement that the perk grants a only one can be applied to a
Crossbow.

Crossbow.
Arbaslest
Next perk is the Arbalest perk which allows players to craft Advance crossbows with heavy prods that deal double damage against blocking enemies, however at the cost of reloading speed.
So this perk also gives access to the advance versions of each Crossbow instead of having to join the Dawnguard and the mod rebalances them by making the reload speed longer.
So this perk also gives access to the advance versions of each Crossbow instead of having to join the Dawnguard and the mod rebalances them by making the reload speed longer.
Advance Missilecraft
The centre branch focuses on upgrading bolts for Crossbows, the first perk is Advance Missilecraft which allows players to upgrade their bolts at forges making a more powerful version, this can only be done once for each bolt and you must have the required smithing perk for the material used. This perk is a 2 rank which could make the upgraded bolts even stronger or able to apply an additional upgrade.
Barbed Quarrel
The next perk is Barded Quarrel which allows players to apply barbs to their bolts which will result in bleeding damage and will slowdown the target. This however will not be available to bolts that are already upgraded.
Lightweight Construction
The right Branch mainly focuses on lighter crossbows and faster shooting enhancements, the first perk is Lightweight Construction which allows players to optimize parts of Crossbows, resulting them being lighter and having a better rate of fire.
Silencer
The next perk is Silencer which allows players to applied silencers to their crossbows which results in bonus damage from sneak attacks.
This perk will prove useful for stealthy players as they can deal more damage will their Crossbows and with the previous perk, they will be able to fire more shots quickly so that they can hit more targets while still unseen.
This perk will prove useful for stealthy players as they can deal more damage will their Crossbows and with the previous perk, they will be able to fire more shots quickly so that they can hit more targets while still unseen.
Engineer
The last perk for Crossbows is Engineer which allows players to put two enhancements on a crossbow, this perk will allow for deadly combinations like Silencer and Lightweight construction which will be a fast shooting stealth weapon or silencer and Recurve which will make a heavy hitting weapon aimed around taking down the first target down fast as possible.
Point Blank
Lastly is the right branch of the tree which focuses on Shortbows which are the vanilla bows the specialize in close range shots. The first perk is Point Blank which makes the player deal more damage with Shortbows the closer they are to the target, 5% at 30 feet, 10% at 20 feet and 15% at 10 feet. This perk is a 3 rank so damage bonuses can be improved.
Ranger's Trick
To the right of Point Blank is Ranger's Trick which grants a 25% chance of disarming the opponent with bash attacks with a Shortbow. This perk is a 2 rank so the chance of this effect is increased.
This perk will prove useful against melee targets as when they get close then the player can perform a bash which can leave the target vulnerable if they get disarmed.
This perk will prove useful against melee targets as when they get close then the player can perform a bash which can leave the target vulnerable if they get disarmed.
Mobility
The next perk up is Mobility which grants the ability to move faster with a drawn Shortbow and when sheathing the bow, there is a chance of getting a short speed boast. This perk is a 2 rank which might increase the chance of the speed boast.
This perk will be good for close range shooters as they can move closer to the target with the faster movement speed and after the shoot they can move back quickly to line up another shot, this is also useful for keeping out of range of melee opponents.

Flanking
The next perk is Flanking which allows the player to deal 25% more damage when applying shots at the targets side or back with a Shortbow. This perk is a 3 rank so the damage bonus can be increased for more deadlier flanking.
This perk will go well with Mobility as you will be able to get around enemies faster to fire at their side and also with followers as they can attract the enemies attention and then the player can line up these shots without problem.
This perk will go well with Mobility as you will be able to get around enemies faster to fire at their side and also with followers as they can attract the enemies attention and then the player can line up these shots without problem.
Prominent Flanker
To the right of Flanking is Prominent Flanker which adds a chance of staggering the target when applying shots at their side or back. This perk is also a 3 rank so that the chance of stagger will be greater and this will leave the target in a vulnerable position.
Arrowhail
The next perk is Arrowhail which grants the ability to deal a growing amount of damage for each quick shot on a single target, the damage increases by 10 for each successful hit. This perk is a 3 rank so the amount of extra damage per shot is increased.
Coup de Grace
The last perk of the tree is Coup de Grace which grants the ability to deal double damage against enemies that's health is below 15% while wielding a bow. This is a 3 rank perk which might increase the amount of bonus damage dealt or increase the percentage that the opponents health needs to before this effect is active or both.
This perk will prove very useful against powerful enemies such as dragons and bosses as they will be very tough and this perk allows for a more finishing shot.
Overall this tree makes it so that Long Bows deal massive damage at long range and the idea of the deadly first shot and then may switching to a sword or a quicker range weapon, Crossbows are around configuring them to suit the wielder as well as ignoring armour and Shortbows which are for the close range shots and quick movement to allow for another lined up shot or to switch for a melee weapon without being at risk of being hit.

Light Armour
In the vanilla game this tree caused problems by making Light Armour better than heavy as it had the same perks that increased the protection of the armour and the percentage that increases the armour was the same which made the armour rating a bit less than heavy armour but all light armour weighed a lot less which makes it better.
What SkyRe does is that it reduces the armour rating buffs from the perks and there are less perks that increase the rating.
The first perk is Agile Defender which is the starting perk from the vanilla game that increases the armour rating of light armour, in SkyRe this perk increases the base rating by 10% instead of 20%. This perk is still a 5 rank which will allow for better protection from your Light Armour.

Weak Spot
The perk to the left is Weak Spot which grants 10% bonus weapon damage against enemies that are wearing only Light Armour, this perk is a 3 rank so this bonus can be increased which will makes attacks deadly against Light Armour users.
Custom Fit
To the right side is Custom fit which grants a 15% bonus to the players armour rating if they are wearing all pieces of Light Armour such as Head, Chest, Hands and Feet. This perk is from the vanilla game but the bonus has been reduced from 25% so that Light Armour won't rival the amount of protection given by Heavy armour.
Flexibility
The next perk is Flexibility which prevents Melee weapon perks from ignoring the players armour rating if the player is wearing all Light armour pieces. This perk will be useful against enemies that are using Warhammers, Maces and Clubs as these weapons have perks that grant a ability to ignore a certain amount of armour so this will debuff the stronger enemies.
Note that this won't affect Crossbows as they are ranged weapons.
Note that this won't affect Crossbows as they are ranged weapons.
Undindered
To the top left of Weak spot is the Unhindered perk which reduces the weight of Light Armour by 50%, so this perk allows for more of this armour to be carried as it weighs less even when not worn and will help with stealthy players as they will be able to move faster.
This perk is from the vanilla game but its effect has been changed as it used to make Light Armour weigh nothing when being worn which makes no sense as while wearing light armour, it makes that you are wearing nothing but when not wearing the armour then you are affected by its weight.

Balance
The next perk is Balance which makes the players power attacks consume 15% less stamina while wearing all pieces of light armour, this perk is a 2 rank so this reduction in stamina cost will be increased, allowing for more power strikes or to pull off a series of regular attacks.
This perk will be useful to players that focus mainly on Melee both with one-handed or two-handed.
This perk will be useful to players that focus mainly on Melee both with one-handed or two-handed.
Wind Walker
To the right of Flexibility is Wind Walker which is a vanilla perk that grants a 50% increase to the players stamina regeneration if they are wearing all pieces of Light Armour.
This perk will be very useful in SkyRe as stamina is more important within combat as each swing with a melee weapon uses stamina and aiming with a bow so this perk will help make combat more smooth. The effects of this perk haven't been changed.

Adrenaline Rush
The next perk is Adrenaline Rush which grants the ability to gain a speed and stamina boast from an incoming power attack when your not blocking and wearing only light armour. This perk is a 2 rank which might increase the buff or able grant a additional effect.
This perk will prove very useful to players that Dual Wield, use Unarmed Combat as they cannot block so this can be a way to easily evade a power attack from an enemy and then quickly strike back, this can also be useful for spell users as they can use the speed boast to evade power attacks but won't gain much benefits from the stamina buff.

Swift Counter
The perk to the top right of Wind Walker is Swift Counter which makes the players well timed blocks with light shields reduce incoming damage to zero as long as the player is fully clad in Light Armour.
This perk will be useful to players using fast one-handed weapons and light shields as they can perform strikes onto an opponent, quickly block their attacks to neglect all the damage and then unleash a series of strikes again.
This perk will be useful to players using fast one-handed weapons and light shields as they can perform strikes onto an opponent, quickly block their attacks to neglect all the damage and then unleash a series of strikes again.
Deft Movement
The next perk is Deft Movement which is a perk that was the last in the tree of the vanilla game, the perk still grants a 10% chance of avoiding all melee damage while wearing all pieces of light armour. However this perk is now a 2 rank so this chance can be increased further.
Adrenaline Overload
To the left of Adrenaline Rush is Adrenaline Overload which grants the ability to deal double damage for two seconds once the Adrenaline Rush ends.
Potential
The final perk of the tree is Potential which doubles the strength of material effects on all Light Armour, these effects are granted by perks in the smithing tree so those will be required to gain these effects.
So overall the tree doesn't focus a lot on the armour rating and instead on buffs that give the player an edge over their opponents instead of running into battle absorbing the damage as being lightly armoured shouldn't give nearly as much protection but offers bonuses for wearing armour that is very light like stamina usage and movement speed.

Sneak Tree
In the vanilla game the sneaking tree was overpowered as the stealth perk made it that the player was very difficult for enemies to see at some extent that they can sneak up in front of them without being detected, so the perks that increase the sneak attack bonuses gave players a straight up large buff without needing to invest more perks to get powerful sneak attacks.
What SkyRe does is it changes the perks that increase bonus damage from sneak attacks require more perks to get the maximum damage output and the difficulty of being seen has been reduced so that players are not invisible to enemies without under the effects of invisibility. The tree also has more perks that focus more for Assassins and Thieves.
The first perk is Stealth from the vanilla game that increases the difficulty of the player being detected, the increase however has been reduced from 20% to 10% so that it is possible for players to be seen. The perk is still a 5 rank so that it becomes more difficult for enemies to notice the player.

Blindside
To the left branch is Blindside which increases the damage multiplier 1 for unarmed and one-handed sneak attacks and 0.5 for two-handed. This perk is a 3 rank which will allow the multiplier to increase further.
This perk replaces the Backstab one from the vanilla game as it used to straight up give the player a multiplier of 6 with one-handed weapons without needing to invest multiple perks.
This perk replaces the Backstab one from the vanilla game as it used to straight up give the player a multiplier of 6 with one-handed weapons without needing to invest multiple perks.
Knockout
Further to the left is the Knockout perk which grants the ability to beat the target unconscious while activating him as long as you are unarmed or equipped with a Mace and are undetected.
This is a action that is activated the same way like searching for looting, investigating a point of interest e.g. It should bring up a list of options.

Last Breath
The last perk of this branch is Last Breath which grants the ability to instantly kill sleeping or unconscious targets by activating them with any weapon.
Light Foot
Now long the right Branch to the left is the Light Foot perk from the vanilla game that prevents the player from triggering pressure plates, the effect is still the same, the only change is that it now requires a skill level of 30 instead of 40.
Intruder
To the right side is Intruder which makes the player 20% harder to detect when trespassing, this perk is useful for thieves and assassins as they will have to trespass into a property to find valuable items or marks to assassinate.
Muffled Movement
The next perk is Muffled Movement which is another perk from the vanilla game which reduces the noise created by armour by 25%. Before it used to give a 50% reduction but now it is a 2 rank so another perk and a higher skill will be needed to get the max reduction.
Sharpshooter
To the left up the tree is Sharpshooter which grants a 20% chance of ignoring the targets armour with bows and sneak attacks with ranged weapons have a random chance of getting a boast of 20-40% strength. This perk is a 3 rank which could make the chance of ignoring armour greater or increase the strength of ranged sneak attacks or both.
This perk replaces Deadly Aim which gave a immediate 3 times the sneak attack bonus with ranged weapons without needing extra perks, however the new perk is slightly more powerful but there is a chance for all effects to take place and three perks are required to get the maximum benefits.
This perk replaces Deadly Aim which gave a immediate 3 times the sneak attack bonus with ranged weapons without needing extra perks, however the new perk is slightly more powerful but there is a chance for all effects to take place and three perks are required to get the maximum benefits.
Thief's Toolbox
After Sharpshooter is Thief's Toolbox which allows players to apply ropes, light and sound sources to unenhanced arrows and bolts which could be used to draw enemies attention or use the ropes to get to places that are hard to reach. The perk is a 2 rank which might allow these to be applied to enhanced arrows and bolts or adds more types of enhancements.
Silent Roll
Along the centre branch is the Silent Roll perk from the vanilla game which grants the ability to perform a silent roll when sprinting while sneaking.
The perk hasn't been changed
The perk hasn't been changed
Silent Warmonger
Up the right side of the branch is Silent Warmonger which makes sneak attacks with weapons 25% stronger when the target is in combat, this also means when the target is searching for the player. This perk has 2 ranks so an extra perk will make this damage bonus even stronger.
Ambush
Next along the branch is Ambush which grants the ability to slowdown time by 25% for two seconds after a successful sneak attack with a Dagger, this will help with pulling a chain of sneak attacks with Daggers.
This perk is a 2 rank which might slow time even more or the duration of this effect is increased.
This perk is a 2 rank which might slow time even more or the duration of this effect is increased.
Assassinate
The last perk of the tree is Assassinate which grants the ability to instantly kill a humanoid target from behind with a dagger. So this perk acts as the replacer of Assassin's Blade which made sneak attacks with daggers do 15 times the damage and it was fairly easy to get, this made it easy to take down tough enemies quickly early in the game where this one you will need a skill level of 130 or more and is deep within the tree, so it is more challenging to get this powerful attack.
Wayfarer
Wayfarer is the new skill tree that is added by SkyRe, it mainly acts as support for Frostfall that is a immersive mod that adds survival against the climates of Skyrim, this tree also is for hunting much as setting up traps and learning the lore of a certain group of species and gaining bonuses from this. This perk tree doesn't however need Frostfall as only the perks that support the mod or effects are not available.
The first perk is Traveller which makes the players Frostfall campfires burn 20% longer and they move 5% faster when travelling in the wild. This perk is a 5 rank so these effects can be increased making for much longer lasting campfires and movement speed.
The first perk is Traveller which makes the players Frostfall campfires burn 20% longer and they move 5% faster when travelling in the wild. This perk is a 5 rank so these effects can be increased making for much longer lasting campfires and movement speed.
Lore Perks
The centre branch of the tree focuses on learning the lore of species in Skyrim, further along the tree are perks that unlock the lore to the more powerful species such as bears, trolls, humanoids and Dragons. The lore of more powerful species is more deep within the tree and require a greater skill level.
Tracker
To the left side along the branch is Tracker which grants the Tracking ability that detects all creatures within a 100 feet radius as long as the player knows the lore of the creatures nearby. This perk is a 3 rank so that the radius of this ability is increased.
Chosen Fiend
To the right is Chosen Fiend which makes the player deal 10% more damage and take 5% less from creatures if the player knows there lore. This perk is also a 3 rank so these buffs can be increased, giving the player an advantage over certain creatures.
Harmony
The last non-lore perk in this branch is Harmony which makes creatures that you have knowledge on peaceful so they will not attack unless they are attacked. This perk however has no effect on Humanoids or Dragons.
This perk will make it more safe to travel through the wilderness of Skyrim which allows players to get to destinations faster if they play in a immersive way without using fast travel.
This perk will make it more safe to travel through the wilderness of Skyrim which allows players to get to destinations faster if they play in a immersive way without using fast travel.
Immunization
The right Branch of the tree focuses mainly on the Frostfall mod by proving the players survival in the wilderness.
The first perk is Immunization which makes the player 25% resistant to Poisons and Diseases, this perk is a 4 rank which will allow for better or immunity to poisons and diseases.
The first perk is Immunization which makes the player 25% resistant to Poisons and Diseases, this perk is a 4 rank which will allow for better or immunity to poisons and diseases.
Forestry
The next perk is Forestry which allows the player gather one additional piece of fire wood and up to two pieces of dead wood when harvesting wood. This perk is a 3 rank so the amount of wood gathered after harvesting is greater.
Windbreaker
Next is Windbreaker which allows cloaks to insulate the player 25% longer which will be very useful when playing the game immersively as they won't able to fast travel and if it is raining this will cause the player to get colder which will cause debuffs.
Glacial Swimmer
Glacial Swimmer is the next perk which prevents cold water from sapping the players stamina and they are able to swimmer in frigid water for twice as long.
Well Insulated
The last perk of this Branch is Well Insulated which grants the player a 25% Exposure Protection buff when wearing a matching set of armour. So this perk will be very useful when traveling in the northern parts of Skyrim as it very easy to lose body temperature in those areas so this will be vital.
Awareness
To the left branch are the use of traps and the first perk is Awareness which grants the ability to collect and place bear traps, however placed traps have a 30% chance of breaking when triggered.
So these traps will be useful for players that favour ranged attacks as they can place these in a path towards them and when the enemies are coming then they will take damage and this will give the player time to move back or switch out with a melee weapon.
So these traps will be useful for players that favour ranged attacks as they can place these in a path towards them and when the enemies are coming then they will take damage and this will give the player time to move back or switch out with a melee weapon.
Gatherer
Up the branch is Gather which allows players to gather additional pelts from animals and have a small chance of gathering valuable quality pelt which can be used for better gear added by Frostfall. This perk is a 2 rank so the amount of pelts gather would be greater and maybe a higher chance of finding better quality pelts.
Green Thumb
Next perk is Green Thumb which allows for two ingredients to be gathered when harvesting their sources, this perk will be useful for making potions.
This is a vanilla perk that used to be in the Alchemy tree but when Wayfarer was added, it seemed more appropriate that the perk is in this tree as it is about surviving in the wilderness.
This is a vanilla perk that used to be in the Alchemy tree but when Wayfarer was added, it seemed more appropriate that the perk is in this tree as it is about surviving in the wilderness.
Hunting Grounds
To the left side of the branch is Hunting Grounds which grants the ability to craft bear traps at forges, useful for keeping a supply of traps if they break or there aren't any around. This perk is a two 2 rank which will allow players to craft Spike traps at forges.
Silent Hunt
Next is Silent Hunt which increases the damage of bear traps by 75 and spikes deal half as much per hit, this perk is a 5 rank so the damage of these traps can be increased further to a point that they can be very deadly.
Legcutter
The last perk of this branch is Legcutter which makes physical damage from traps ignore armour, this with Silent Hunt will make traps deal a massive amount of damage.
FingerSmith
The Fingersmith tree is the LockPicking and Pickpocket combined, these tow trees were merged as they both focus around a similar purpose which is to become rich, also both these skills are about being skilled with your fingers to steal from peoples pockets and positioning the lockpick in the correct positions. The problems where mainly with the Lockpicking tree as it has perks that just made the different tier locks 50% easier to pick which was boring as they were the same, also the Unbreakable perk was very overpowered as it prevents the players Lockpicks from breaking which makes it that the player will always open a lock without fail.
So the mod fixes perks from each skill in the tree, makes some vanilla perks require more perks for greater effects as the perks that made each tier of locks easier have been removed so there are less perks in the tree. Most of the perks are from the vanilla game and are mostly the same. The skill is however more difficult to increase as breaking locks no longer increases the skill and with the effects of Sneaking reduced, players will now have to sneak behind an enemy to avoid being noticed and make sure that they are not in another's line of sight.
The first perk is Light Fingers which is the vanilla starting perk in the Pickpocket tree that grants a 20% bonus when pickpocking and now makes it 40% easier to pick locks. This perk is still a 5 rank so investing more perks will enhance these bonuses.

Nose For Coin
First on the right branch is Nose for Coin which is the Golden Touch perk from the lockpicking tree which makes the player find more gold in chests, the only change with this perk is that it now requires a skill level of 40 instead of 60 as it doesn't really make sense that you will need to a high level looter to find more gold.
Treasure Hunter
Further to the right is Treasure Hunter which doubles the chance of finding special treasure in chests, this perk is now a 3 rank so that the chance of finding better treasure is further increased.
Extra Pockets
Straight up the branch is Extra Pockets which grants the player a 100 extra carrying capacity which will allow for more items to be carried.
Night Thief
Along the left branch is Night Thief which grants a 25% chance to pickpock the target if they are asleep, making it more likely to steal items without being caught.
Poisoned
To the left is Poisoned which grants the ability to harm targets by placing poisons in their pockets, good for weakening them then to perform a sneak attack or to paralyze them to steal their goods without being caught.
Cutpurse
Next long the branch is Cutpurse which makes it 50% easier ton pickpocket gold from targets, a good way to get a good amount of gold to spend.
Keymaster
Next to the left is Keymaster which is makes it that keys can almost be stolen without fail and picking locks will also enable you to create a replica of the locks key if it has one. This perk has merge with the Wax key perk which in the vanilla game allowed the player to create a copy of the locks key if it had one.
Locksmith
The next perk is Locksmith which is now a two in one as it still allows the player to start near the locks opening position but also now prevents the player from being noticed when lock picking. The perk that has been merge with Locksmith is Quick fingers.
Snatch
Next above Cutpurse is Snatch which in the vanilla game is Misdirection which grants the ability to steal the targets equipped weapon, useful if getting into combat with the target or if they have a valuable weapon.
Ace's Mark
The last perk of the tree is Ace's Mark which is the Golden Touch perk that grants the ability to steal the targets equipped items such as armour, cloths and jewellery.
So overall this tree just mixes both of the perks together without adding or changing much of the vanilla perks.

Speechcraft
In the vanilla game the Speech tree was often the least used tree as the perks were often not needed as it wasn't nessary to get better prices from merchants as they weren't really pricy on their items and the only perks that were regarded as useful were Bribery which allowed the player to pay guards to ignore their crimes, persuasive which improved their persuasive techniques and intimate which made the player better at intimidation.
What SkyRe does is it changes the tree so that it not only focuses on trades but also on leadership with followers and shouts. The mod also makes merchants charge the player more and shouts have been nerfed due to the new perks that make shouts stronger.
The first perk of the tree is Haggling from the vanilla game that makes prices from merchants 10% better as well as selling items, this perk is still a 5 rank so this bonus can be increased to spend less gold to gain more.

The next perk to the left is Intimidation which makes the player's Intimidation dialogs twice as successful, the skill requirement has been heavy reduced from 70 to 25 which could be do to the fact that you don't need to be a very high skilled speaker to be able to send fear to some NPCs. The perk has now also been moved to earlier parts of the tree.
Persuasion
To the right is the Persuasion perk which makes player's persuasive speaking 30% more effective which will allow for convincing dialogs to get responses in a peaceful manner. This perk also has it skill requirement heavy reduced for the same reasons as Intimidation.
Merchant
The next perk is Merchant which is from the vanilla game that grants the ability to trade any item with any type of merchant, this perk allows for a larger amount of merchants available to see any goods.
The perk's skill requirement has been reduced by a small amount from 50 to 45.

Trades of War
To the left of Merchant is the Trades of War perk which makes Blacksmiths sell additional high quality ores and ingots and a 25% bonus for buying and selling goods.
This perk will be very useful for players that use the Smithing tree as they can buy more materials to make gear and then sell less quality gear for more gold. This will so go well with Treasure Hunter as players will have a better chance of finding special gear which they can sell for more gold.

Masquerade
Further along the tree is Masquerade which makes the player seen as a member of a faction as long as they are wearing the full gear of that fraction, such as the Forswarn, Dark Brotherhood, Imperils, Stormcloaks e.g. This perk will make it so that it is safer are players travelling in areas that are controlled by a fraction like the Reach which there are Forswarn al over the place so by wearing their outfit, then they won't attack the player.
Grand Facade
The last perk of the tree is Grand Façade which grants the ability to craft cowls from tanning racks which will hide the players identity while worn, preventing any bounty from being placed on their heads. The perk will also work with Masquerade.
This perk will prove very useful to thieves and assassins as if the player gets caught committing a crime then they can just flee and can come back without the cowl and won't have a bounty so it is perfect for avoiding bounties.

Strength In Numbers
The centre branch of the tree contains two perks that apply bonuses having followers, the first is Strength in Numbers which makes the player's skills increase 10% faster and he will deal 5% more damage with weapons and spells as long as he has a follower. This perk is a 3 rank so these bonuses can be increased.

Next is Echoing Reason which makes the duration and/or magnitude of non-harmful shouts increase with the players skill level. So being a high level at speechcraft will make these shouts much more powerful.

The next perk is Echoing Rage which makes the strength of the players harmful shouts increase along with the Speechcraft skill level which can make shouts deal a lot of damage.

Last perk of this branch is Leader's Voice which makes shouts that summon companions last 50% longer, so this will affect the Call of Valor which summons a Hero from sovngade or Summon Durnehviir.
So overall the tree still focuses on improving the players bartering with merchants, but also with their leadership and the effectiveness of shouts. |
